Food is an important part of The Garrack experience. Our philosophy is to use fresh Cornish and West Country ingredients, prepared and cooked to order to please the eye as well as the palate. There is a daily fixed priced 2, 3 or 4 course menu. Seafood, meat & vegetarian dishes cooked in a modern Cornish style.  Every effort is made for special diets. The wine list includes over 70 labels from 10 different regions, which includes Cornish wines (on merit). The unique fixed mark-up pricing policy offers exceptional value for the better quality wines. The restaurant has gained numerous awards over the years and remains as one of the leading dining venues in St.Ives.
