Rooms let on the basis of:
Single = 1 person Double/Twin = 2 persons.
Rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of VAT.
VAT @ 20% from the 4th January 2011
Additional persons sharing accommodation in variance to the confirmed booking are subject to a supplementary charge.
No service charge is added. All gratuities given are placed in a Staff administered Tronc. These are shared amonst staff according to hours worked. Gratuities received by credit card are paid via the payroll (in addition to wages) amounts paid are provided by the member of staff in charge of the Tronc.

2 Course Menu £23.00 - 3 Course Menu £26.50 inc vat @17.5%
DOGS accepted by prior arrangement only. There are 6 allocated bedrooms. Remaining rooms are kept free from dogs for allergy sufferers. A Set £10 per night charge (max £40 charge per weeks Stay). No more than 2 dogs per room.
